Do you have experience with online marketing best practices or sales? Do you like developing new business vs. farming an existing book of business? If so, our award-winning digital marketing agency is hiring top level, independent, self-motivated talent and driven individuals with “hunter” traits. We have 100′s of warm leads, acquired from outbound marketing, for SEO, Reputation Marketing and other brand marketing services we offer. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success, as we are offering a position with substantial compensation potential. Although experience is not necessary and we will train. Work Hours Between 8am — 8pm
Leads & prospects will cover various industries including but not limited to moving companies, restaurants, fitness centers, hotels, dentist offices and more. Your job is to qualify, build the relationship and sell them our services and/or products.
What you’ll do:
- Work with awesome local businesses nationwide
- Work with inbound internet marketing leads
- Target qualified prospects via email and phone.
- Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high activity, high energy environment
- Build and manage your pipeline from warm leads & cold calling taking responsibility and ownership of entire sales cycle from discovery to closing
- Thrive with the support of your teammates in daily/weekly meetings and fun team challenges
- Earn additional prizes, perks and promotions by working hard and having fun!
- Sales consultants also have to check in monthly and maintain the client relationship but they do not project manage.
The ideal candidate is should have/be:
- 1-3 years of sales experience is helpful but will train.
- Experience in B2B sales capable of closing ad sales over the phone in an inside or outside sales environment is helpful but will train.
- Experience in selling to marketers with a focus on CMO, Owner, General Manager, VP of Marketing, CEO, Digital Marketing Manager, Principal titles on both client and agency sides are preferred but will train.
- Excellent presentation skills is helpful but will train.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Experience in using CRM is helpful but will train.
- A team player with a positive attitude, a healthy competitive spirit and drive to achieve both our company and your personal lifestyle goals.
- Computer literate and proficient in latest tools (i.e. Echosign, MS-Office/GoogleDocs, LinkedIn, Skype/Gotomeeting, Mac OS, etc. preferred)
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely with minimum supervision
- Able to pass a background check
- Tech- and internet-savvy (Google, Facebook, Yahoo!, etc.)

What About Pay?:
Compensation and perks:
- Compensation package of up to $3500 monthly base salary + up to 25% uncapped commissions + up to 25% override commissions + up to $1000 bonus per closed sale
